PHILADELPHIA -- After a few weekends off the water, Germantown Academy's crew team continued their 2024 spring season at the Third Manny Flick on Sunday, 4月7日. The Patriots had 5 entries in the competition, the most representation that they have had during the young season. 

罗马雷迪25年, 妮娜·萨格，26岁, Mirabelle Hayes '26, and Clara Shafer '26 opened the racing for GA in the Girls JV 4x at 10:45 a.m. and finished fifth in their heat with a time of 5:38.100. The group finished 10th overall in the race. Lucy Fassler '24 was the coxswain for the Girls Varsity 4+ consisting of Samantha Rofsky '24, Lucy McFadden '24, Charlotte Baughman '25, and Gertie Lafferty '24 that went 5:25.500 to take third in their heat and fifth overall. 

Andrew Wells '25 went 6:10.750 in the JV Boys 1x to finish third in his heat. Max Rinnander '25, Maloy Lafferty '25, Jack Wescott '25, and Utsav Mittal '25 finished third in their heat of the Boys JV 4x in 5:00.060. They finished 11th overall. Benjamin Moorhouse '26 and AJ DiFranco '24 finished their heat of the Boys Ltwt 2x in 5:36.710.

Germantown Academy returns to the water on 4月il 14 when they will participate in the 4th Manny Flick.
